Furnax Group showcases state-of-the-art Weigang PRO Blue Profit modular printing technology at Flexo & Labels Expo 2026

Among the many new features that the Furnax Group get ready for the Flexo & Labels Expo 2026, visitors to Latin America’s leading event focused on the flexography, labeling, and packaging sectors will be able to get an up-close look at the family Weigang PRO Blue Profit, consisting of modular printing equipment that incorporates the most advanced and automated technology for narrow-web production, designed for converters seeking high productivity, register stability, and flexibility in integrating processes such as UV, cold foil, lamination, and rotary die-cutting.

Designed to offer the ideal balance between automation, speed, and print quality, the Weigang PRO Blue Profit is based on the principle of achieving production efficiency through control and predictability at every stage of the process.

“Without a doubt, this equipment is entering the Brazilian market to meet the needs of converters and printers who require automation and quality, as well as reliability and stability to reduce waste, optimize processes, and increase profitability,” emphasizes Raphael Dias, executive general manager of the Furnax Group.

Available in two models — ZJR-350E and ZJR-450E, with print widths ranging from 350 mm to 450 mm, respectively—the solution offers speeds of up to 150 meters per minute and can be configured with 4 to 12 colors.

The Weigang PRO Blue Profit line also offers flexibility in terms of the products it can produce, meeting the demands of markets such as self-adhesive labels, flexible packaging in OPP, BOPP, PET, PP, and CPP, shrink sleeves, applications requiring high dimensional stability, and specialty applications.

“With a faster setup, the equipment can start printing quickly, with less waste of media and ink during calibration, helping to optimize the investment and reduce costs. In addition, its level of automation reduces manual intervention and standardizes quality, ensuring more stable processes with fewer errors,” Raphael continues.

Flexo & Labels Expo 2026 will take place from May 26 to 29 in Pavilion 5 of the Anhembi District in São Paulo.
