- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your admin panel. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle and the difference is prorated.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can cancel any time within the trial period.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank slips for Brazilian customers. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice and international wire transfer.
- Are the add-on modules required?
- No. Modules like WhatsApp and Proofread are optional and can be toggled on or off at any time regardless of the base plan.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes, cancellation is unrestricted. When you cancel, your account stays active until the end of the paid cycle. We export your data within 30 days after termination.
- Do you offer an annual discount?
- Yes. Annual plans come with a discount over the monthly equivalent. Contact us for a personalized quote.
