We are looking for aRuby on Rails Developer to join our technology team, working on the development, maintenance and evolution of web applications.

The professional will be responsible for creating efficient, secure and scalable solutions, collaborating with the team in the development of new functionalities, bug fixes, integrations and continuous improvements to the systems.

Requirements

Proven experience of at least2 years with Ruby on Rails.

Knowledge of:

• Ruby on Rails
• PostgreSQL or MySQL database
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• REST APIs
• Git and version control
• Good development practices
• Automated tests will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications
• Create and consume APIs
• Integrating with external systems
• Fix bugs and improve application performance
• Participating in the analysis and implementation of new functionalities
• Working together with the team to deliver quality solutions

Differentials

• Knowledge of Docker
• Experience with deploying Rails applications
• Knowledge of Sidekiq, Redis or background jobs
• Experience with Tailwind CSS
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure
