Projects, workflow, and automations in one place
Organize documents into projects, move them through a visual workflow that mirrors your process, and let automations handle the repetitive work — from upload to final approval.
Everything your team needs to run approvals
Everything organized into projects
Each project gathers your documents into a kanban board with draggable cards. Upload straight into a project, set due dates, and track progress end to end.

A visual workflow that mirrors your process
Define the stages documents move through — from Created to Review. Customize columns, colors, and members, with due dates and per-column SLA and a panel that surfaces what's running late.

- Project due dates and per-column SLA, with At risk and Overdue badges
- Board and list views, counting calendar or business days

"If this, then that" rules
Build visual automations that fire actions on their own: when a document is uploaded, when a proof is approved or rejected, or when a card moves columns. Use dynamic variables in messages.
- Triggers: upload, proof approved, proof rejected, column move
- Actions: move column, notify, create proof, email the work-order PDF
- Scope to a single project or the whole organization

Less manual work, more control
Less repetitive work
Automations handle the tasks that repeat, so your team focuses on what actually needs attention.
Full visibility
See at a glance what's overdue, at risk, or on time across every project and column.
A standardized process
Everyone follows the same flow, with clear stages, owners, and deadlines from start to finish.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about projects, workflow, and automations.
- Can I customize the workflow columns?
- Yes. Add, rename, reorder, and set colors, members, and SLA for each column in Settings → Workflow.
- Do automations apply to the whole organization?
- It's your choice: each automation can apply to a single project or organization-wide.
- How do I add documents to a project?
- Upload directly into the project, or move an existing document into it.
- Can I track due dates and SLA?
- Yes. Set a due date per project and an SLA per column; the board shows At risk and Overdue badges and an aging panel highlighting what needs attention.
